Confidentiality
Security
To enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth. We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. Personal data is registered with Rulleskisport aps and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
As a registered user with us, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted by the General Data Protection Regulation, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to us by email. Please include your name and address.
Within 10 days, you will receive an email detailing the information we store about you. If you wish us to delete this information, it must be clearly stated in your email.

We do not disclose information to third parties. The data you provide when shopping with us is considered confidential and will under no circumstances be disclosed.
Logging and Statistics
Log statistics are used in this store. A statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical overview of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, which part of the website they use, etc. In our store, log statistics are used solely for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality. Log statistics are used to enhance user-friendliness.
Log information is usually stored for up to 2 years. This is done to create a picture of this store's visitor pattern and development over time.
Definitions
Parties to the Agreement
"Buyer" refers to the natural person who primarily acts outside his or her trade or business, and who, by placing an order with Rulleskisport.dk, makes an offer to purchase and receive specific goods.
"Rulleskisport.dk" is used hereinafter to refer both to the natural or legal person who, by order confirmation, accepts the Buyer's order and sells the ordered goods, and to the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

Prices
All prices are daily prices and are only valid on the day of order. Price changes may therefore occur.
All stated prices include 25% VAT.
Payment
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores your information. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount is debited from your account as soon as the goods leave Rulleskisport.dk. If you choose to receive the goods by cash on delivery, the amount is paid upon receipt of the goods.
Dankort, Visa, bank transfer, MobilePay, and PayPal
With bank transfers, checks, or similar, you are not protected by the right of objection.
The amount is not debited from your card until the item is shipped.
When you place an order on rulleskisport.dk, the items may be custom-made. Therefore, the money is debited from your account immediately.

Risk of Accidental Loss or Deterioration
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the ordered goods due to unforeseen circumstances passes to the Buyer only when the ordered goods are in the Buyer's possession.
Complaints
The many rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 12-month right to complain. This means you can either have the item repaired, replaced, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two weeks of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

The invoice must be presented to Sport & motion when exercising the right to complain, and you are asked to describe the problem as detailed as possible.
We do not accept packages without delivery to a specific address or packages sent cash on delivery.
Complaint
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact jesper@rulleskisport.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk.) You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal, which will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark. You can find the complaint portal here
Disclaimer and Warranty
Rulleskisport aps has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are beyond Rulleskisport aps' control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content of these pages.
Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and Rulleskisport aps.
The Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from ordered goods arriving late to the Buyer, or ordered goods having defects, when the delay or defects are due to the Buyer's actions or omissions or circumstances beyond Rulleskisport aps's control, e.g., war, rebellion, civil unrest, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strike and lockout, or similar.
Rulleskisport aps does not provide an independent warranty for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the warranties issued by the manufacturer to the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. (Does not apply if the item is custom-made for the customer, including mounting bindings, shortening poles, or other specially adapted services)
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement concerning several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
If the item consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you take physical possession of the last lot or part.
You must use our return portal within 14 days of receipt. https://return.shipmondo.com/returr. We only accept items returned via this method.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 3 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
Missing original packaging will constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure to receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.
Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies to: Skis and poles
The costs for return are borne by the customer.
Please note that goods must be sent to the store; goods sent to a parcel shop will not be collected.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not actually use it.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get the amount you paid to us back, minus shipping costs corresponding to the shipping expenses we incurred.
For Denmark, the following applies:
For ordinary parcels under 115 cm, shipping is not expected to exceed DKK 80.
For skis and poles, the price is not expected to exceed DKK 260.
In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you (minus shipping costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the item back.

Reservation for Changes
Rulleskisport.dk Aps reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you regularly check for changes. The terms and conditions were last updated on 18.05.2026
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified for the individual item, the expected delivery time is within 3 days.
We deliver with GLS
Free delivery to a parcel shop for purchases over DKK 500.00.
Home delivery costs DKK 85.00.
Complaint Access
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact jesper@rulleskisport.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, provided the conditions for this are met. www.forbrug.dk
Misuse
Misuse of Rulleskisport.dk will lead to a police report.
